At Creative we're straight up about everything we do and that extends to our charging. We have an in-house system that tracks the time our people spend on projects. Changes to projects' scope and budgets may incur additional costs. Margins are added to all external supplier costs to cover management time and our responsibility to quality control work.
Initial meetings are free of charge but from that point on, any work undertaken is chargeable, even if the work is not used. We also charge project management fees and take a commission on any media booked through us.

Julia has owned Creative Marketing since 2007. She specialises in brand strategy and web development, and is passionate about delivering great work on time and within budget. Julia will oversee your project every step of the way.
Janine works closely with our clients on a daily basis to ensure their projects run smoothly. She is a people-person who enjoys building strong client relationships.
Coming from a design background, Jessica is equally proficient developing front-end functionality as she is building back-end technical solutions into our clients' websites. Unlike some techies, Jess is a great communicator and brings a vibrant, youthful viewpoint to our office!
Warren has extensive experience in the design and advertising industry including the corporate world and agencies in New Zealand and South Africa. He continually strives to deliver innovative, yet timeless creative solutions.
Fiona is our super organised inhouse number cruncher. As a Chartered Accountant she balances the book, sorts the files and pays the bills.
