The challenge
To support the iconic Hawke’s Bay Hospice Holly Trail event to raise funds for Cranford Hospice, who deliver essential support to our community.
What we did
- Designed the event logo, posters, flyers, programme + signage
- Designed, developed and managed the e-commerce website
- Set up and management of online ticket sales
- Managed printing of all event collateral
- Developed and managed email marketing initiatives
The results
- Successfully managed online ticket sales for sell-out events (extremely high volume traffic)
- Supported 2018 event to achieve $295,000 donation to Cranford Hospice, with over $1.8 million raised to date
- Grew event awareness and recognition to become a much anticipated and loved Hawke’s Bay house and garden event
